CILE is proud to host its 29th McLean Lecture as part of the 12th Middle East eVis Pre-Moot live events. Co-sponsored by the Commercial Law Development Program of the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution, and the Bahrain Royal University for Women – RUW, the Middle East Vis Pre-Moot is designed to provide teams from the MENA region with legal training in preparation for the annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
12th Annual Middle East Vis Pre-Moot Competition
March 10 – 12, 2022 (In Person by registration only, Virtual Access Available)
The 12th Annual Middle East Vis Pre-Moot Competition is a regional competition providing participating teams an educational platform to prepare for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. The MENA Pre-Moot has established itself the region’s premier program to cultivate the next generation of international commercial arbitration practitioners and compete for the Ronald A. Brand Award. The event brings together over 40 teams from over 25 countries, and over hundreds of arbitrators globally
All events are free of charge. Participants who elect for in person events are expected to bear their own travel, accommodation, and visa costs. Preferential hotel rates and visa facilitation services will be made available upon registration.
