Liz Taylor is an Associate at Reed Smith LLP focusing her practice on commercial dispute resolution, with a primary focus on representing commercial policyholders. Liz represents and advises corporate policyholders at various stages including risk management counseling, claims handling, and insurance coverage litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Liz assists clients with coverage disputes under various types of insurance policies including commercial general liability, first party property, business income, directors and officers liability, fiduciary liability, and employment practices liability. Liz also collaborates with Reed Smith’s financial industry and global regulatory groups.
Liz is a former mootie (2018 – Round of 32, Vienna) and one of the coaches of the University of Pittsburgh Vis Moot team (2019 – Round of 64; 2020 – Quarterfinals; 2021 – Round of 32; 2022 – Round of 64). Liz has been working with CLDP since 2018 as an advisor for the Middle East training program and Pre-Moot. In her free time, Liz enjoys traveling and running marathon and ultra-marathon distance events.
