Daniel Rodriguez

Daniel Rodriguez is a Graduate from George Mason University School of Law. He is currently barred and licensed to practice law in Virginia. His practice is focused on construction law, government contracts, and international arbitration, representing contractors, owners, subcontractors and sureties in all aspects of public and private development projects. He has experience with litigation in both state and federal courts and with initiation of arbitration before the ICC.

 

He also devotes some of his time to coaching teams for the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration competition, drawing both from his experience as a competitor and his experience as a litigator to provide students with practical advocacy and arbitration skills.
