Amer J. Abu-Sham is currently a Lecturer of Commercial Law at the Royal University for Women in Bahrain since December 2020, specializing in International Dispute Resolution and International Business Law. In the past, he worked as an associate in the fields of Arbitration and Litigation at the firm of Ali Sharif Zu’bi Advocates and Consultants in Amman, Jordan and served as a Senior Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Christine A. Ward, A.J., at the Commerce and Complex Litigation Center of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. With regards to Vis Moot involvement, Amer participated in the Moot as a student in 2016 and 2017, he then coached the University of Jordan’s team, and now is in charge of the Royal University for Women’s team. Amer has been a CLDP Vis Moot Advisor since 2019.
