Wafa Harrar Masmoudi is Full Professor of Law at the faculty of legal, political and social sciences of Tunis – University of Carthage, specialized in International Law and International Relations (Foreign Policy And Diplomacy), Health Law, Analysis Of Public Policies, Governance and Human Rights. She is involved in the identification and resolution of the legal issues in connection with healthcare. Professor Wafa Harrar Masmoudi is member of the National Committee of Medical Ethics and assessor at the National Authority for Assessment, Quality Assurance and Accreditation. In addition to an expertise developed in accreditation and audit of Quality Management Systems (QMS)” ISO 9001 Lead Implementer, she is an expert in educational and institutional evaluation and varies the activities of expertise and training on several topics, in collaboration with several national and international organizations. Professor Wafa Harrar Masmoudi is also the director of the Master of Research in Common Law at the Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences of
Tunis, and an elected member of its Scientific Council. Her research and publications focus on International Law, Health Law, Ethics and Human Rights.
